We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Agronomist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with growers to provide expert agronomic advice and customized input solutions that maximize crop performance and profitability at our full service location.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales of seed, crop protection, and fertilizer products, and delivering value through field-level support and technical knowledge. Develop and maintain strong relationships with growers and ag producers in the territory

Assess field conditions and provide recommendations on seed, crop protection, fertilizer, and precision ag services

Sell and support agronomic products and services to meet customer needs

Conduct field scouting, soil sampling, tissue sampling, and yield analysis

Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and product innovations

Collaborate with internal team members on logistics, pricing, and customer service

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, field data, and sales activity

Represent the company at grower meetings, field days, and industry events
