We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and play a key role in shaping the visual identity of ION Solar. This individual will be responsible for producing high-quality design work across various digital and print platforms, collaborating with marketing and creative teams to elevate our brand presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Development: Maintain and enhance ION Solar’s visual brand identity across all marketing materials.
- Creative Design: Develop compelling digital and print assets, including advertisements, landing pages, brochures, presentations, social media content, and more.
- Marketing Collateral: Work closely with the marketing team to design assets for campaigns, sales initiatives, and brand awareness efforts.
- Web & Digital Media: Create visually engaging website elements, email templates, and social media graphics to optimize engagement.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining design quality.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to deliver creative solutions that align with business goals.
- Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices to keep ION Solar’s creative output fresh and competitive.
- Event Management experience is a plus
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house setting.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Experience designing for both digital and print platforms (social media, web, email, packaging, print collateral, etc.)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
- Experience with UI/UX design and website design principles is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Ability to interpret brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to take feedback and implement changes effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
