Requirements

- Masters in related field (Higher Education, Education Counseling, Social Work, etc), required.
- Previous residential and programming experience required.
- Excellent intrapersonal, organizational and administrative skills.
- Proven understanding of student development theory and practice
- Ability to uphold the University’s commitment to inclusive excellence in a diverse educational community.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

- Normal office environment, not subject to extremes in temperature, noise, odors, etc.Â
- Occasional exposure to extreme noise at campus events.
- Requires occasional work outside during events.
- Use of computer keyboards, requiring eye-hand coordination and finger dexterity.
- Involves attendance at evening and weekend events and meetings
- This is a live-in position.
