Qualified Candidates Must Possess:
- An earned MS, or PhD, in Operations Management, Project Management Professional (PMP) or Technical Scientific field, including at least seven (7) to ten (10) years of healthcare industry or governmental experience.
- PMP Certification Preferred.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in Project Management (PM) aligned to Clinical Trials Management, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Operations, or Product Development (R&D) functions in the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated evidence of prior teaching experience at the graduate level.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive classroom learning environment in keeping with the University's commitment to inclusive excellence in a diverse educational community.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within the Regulatory and Clinical Research Management (RCRM) Program and faculty to ensure consistency across the program.
- Familiarity with the learning management system Moodle is preferred, but not required.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Management (PM) tools.
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- Ability to work in a standard office setting.
- Ability to work and teach effectively in an online format.
- Ability to perform all duties necessary for classroom.
