Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a non-profit environment (bachelor’s degree can be substituted for one year of experience)
- Proficiency with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) features and functionality
- Proficiency in Salesforce tools, including Flow, Process Builder, and Reports/Dashboards
- Proficiency in managing data migration and database integration projects
- Experience managing data imports/exports and ensuring data quality
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and support non-technical users
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to create and manage efficient procedures and processes (i.e., donor acknowledgement, program registration, etc)
- Experience maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Certified Salesforce Administrator credential preferred

Background:
The Hudson Highlands Fjord Trail will be a new 7.5-mile riverfront linear park in the Highlands region of the Hudson River Valley. This is an opportunity to join the dynamic and growing team that will ultimately build, manage, and program the new linear park. The Fjord Trail, in its design and future programming, will emphasize accessibility to a variety of outdoor experiences for all ages and abilities to enjoy – from rugged hikes to shoreline walks to immersive forest and marsh meanders. Compensation: Full Time, with competitive benefits and a salary range of: $75,000 - $82,000
