We are a pair of boutique fitness and wellness brands owned and supported by Raleigh-based investment and management firm, MDO Holdings. We have locations across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia with plans to grow in 2025 and beyond.

Communication is your strong suit. You are a person who often finds yourself in random conversations with strangers in public, and you aren’t afraid to make a phone call. You are motivated and consistent. You go above and beyond to bring a personal touch to otherwise ordinary interactions. You are willing to do the work that makes a difference day in and day out. You are excited to spend your days making connections and spreading the word about how movement and mindfulness can change your life. 

Customer service and/or sales experience is a bonus but not required for the right candidate to find success in this role.

 

Qualifications

The Role and Expectations

  • Connect with prospective new clients, answer questions, and invite them to become part of our growing communities by signing up for classes and purchasing memberships or class packs.
  • Nurture existing client relationships, including offering a personalized concierge booking experience.
  • Consistently meet daily and monthly targets.
  • Work with operations and marketing teams to drive sales, revenue, and new business.
