JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Responsible for coordinating with management, the slot project team, and various slot manufacturers to execute projects in a timely manner with the utmost accuracy.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

  • Supervises new installation, floor movement and removal of slot machines as assigned by the Director and/or Slot Technical Projects Supervisors
  • Prepare all necessary paperwork related to the planning, configuration and placement of slot machines, conversions, moves and any other slot related projects.
  • Maintain inventory of slot machines, PAR sheets, Configuration Checklists and location diagrams.
  • Reviews and interprets Slot Par Sheets, Regulatory Letters, and Customer Notifications and consults with the Slot Technical team as needed, to ensure accuracy and the meeting of deadlines.
  • Creates and maintains slot master entries for machine replacements, conversions, moves and any slot related changes.
  • Collaborate with various other departments to coordinate and execute project.
  • Updates and maintains progressive tracking tools.
  • Seeks answers for vendors as needed.
  • Works closely with Slot Performance Supervisor, Analyst, Manager and Technical team to meet project deadlines.
  • Assists with the preparation and amendment of paperwork for system upgrades and interruptions.
  • Performs minor ad hoc reporting and information querying.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direction of Slot Project Manager, the Slot Project will build machine configurations setups, progressive configurations, and creates and maintains slot master entries, supervise and coordinate activities of Slot Technicians that are assigned to a project.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • AA degree from a 2-year college or technical school and 2 or more year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and specific prior experience.
  • Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple assignments, and to meet scheduled deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skillset.

 

 

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift.  Also, may be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.

 

Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.  Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.  Must be able to perform duties in a kneeling position.  Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
