- Part of the Food and Beverage Management team and oversees the performance and coordination of all work accomplished by all Food and Beverage personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES (and other duties may be assigned)
- Carries out all policies, procedures, and internal controls of the Food and Beverage Department
- .Assists in training of Food and Beverage Team Members.. Maintains open communication between all personnel working in the Food and Beverage Department.
- In absence of the manager, may act on his/her behalf.. Assigns stations and job duties for Food and Beverage employees.. Assists in controlling labor/beverage cost for Food and Beverage Department.
- Understands and demonstrates the Food and Beverage managements point of view.
- Knowledge of safety procedures to insure Food and Beverage Team Member safety.
- Ensures compliance of all applicable liquor laws for the Food and Beverage Department.
- May be required to work in all Food and Beverage areas at the direction of the Buffet Manager or Restaurant Manager or above
