Education and/or Experience
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience working in a casino gaming environment required, interactive gaming experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge with either a major land-based casino management system or interactive gaming player account management system.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, including aptitude towards problem identification, resolution and comprehension and interpretation of technical procedures.
- Previous experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects.
- Exposure to large, complex, IT projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, diverse, multiple stakeholder environment
- Knowledge of collection software applications, ability to analyze data through SQL, queries or other such tools, awareness of computer technologies and interface techniques.
- Ability to work with fixed deadlines while transparently and consistently reporting on progress.
- Exposure to databases, reporting tools and data manipulating techniques
- Must have excellent communication skills, good organizational skills as well as interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work outside normal business hours as required.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
