Required Education and/or Experience
- Minimum of six (6) years of progressive interactive gaming experience including key technology-based role in the implementation of interactive gaming systems.
- Demonstrated interactive gaming product management experience.
- Knowledge of interactive gaming laws, regulations, and guidelines governing Native American Casinos.
- General knowledge of sports betting and social gaming operations preferred.
- Knowledge of software engineering and integration processes for enterprise mobile applications.
- Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of executive leadership.
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to calculate discounts, commissions and percentages.
- Ability to work after normal business hours as needed and or required by the business.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, diverse, environment and accommodate multiple projects with the ability to quickly change tasks based on business needs.
- Must possess excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other department personnel, management, staff and co-workers; and customers; pleasant personality, team oriented and enjoys working with and serving people.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Also, may be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.
Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
