Required Education and/or Experience
- Eight (8) years of progressive gaming experience including (3) years of expert knowledge managing interactive and social gaming systems.
- Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated broad-based operational success in a director level or above position within the Gaming Industry.
- Four-year degree from a college or university, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of executive leadership.
- Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of interactive gaming laws, regulations, and guidelines governing Native American Casinos.
- General knowledge of sports betting operations strongly preferred.
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to calculate discounts, commissions and percentages.
- Ability to work in a faced paced, diverse, environment and accommodate last minute requests and changes.
- Must possess excellent verbal, written, communication and organization skills. Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other department personnel, management, staff and co-workers; and customers; pleasant personality, team oriented and enjoys working with and serving people.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout theoffice area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Also, may be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.
Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
