Job Description:

As a Sales Advisor at RPOA, you play a pivotal role in shaping prospective clients’ financial future by leveraging our marketing leads to generate new business. Unlike traditional roles, marketing leads will be provided by RPOA, allowing you to focus entirely on closing leads and expanding our clientele. Supported by our dedicated service advisors who will manage client accounts, your sole purpose of closing new business will be an integral part of our mission to provide as many people as possible with financial peace of mind in retirement.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion Mastery: Your focus will be on converting marketing leads into satisfied clients, utilizing your skills to articulate the benefits of our Invest and Protect Strategy.
  • Strategic Networking: Actively participate in client and prospecting events to build a robust network and generate additional leads, contributing to the growth of our client base.
  • Lead Support: Rely on the support of RPOA for a steady stream of leads; no cold calling required. Your task is to convert these leads into long-term, satisfied clients.
  • Team Collaboration: No service obligations on your part. You'll work seamlessly with our exceptional Retirement Planner team, allowing you to concentrate on closing new business while they maintain and protect our existing book of business.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five years of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on client acquisition.
  • Possess one or more of the following: A current Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) designation, FINRA Series 65 and/or Series 66 license, or other qualifying financial designations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential. You should be adept at connecting and selling to a diverse range of prospective clients.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
