Minimal Qualifications:
Degree Requirement: Master’s Degree in relevant field with a minimum of at least 3-4 years successful experience in servicing to homeless individuals/families, mental health, substance abuse, or senior-level shelter administration or;

- Bachelor Degree with at least 5-7+ years’ experience in servicing homeless individuals/families, mental health, substance abuse, or senior level shelter administration.
Â
At least 3-5 years of documented progressive managerial experience
Â
Other Requirements:
Â
- Supervisory experience of at least three (3) to five (5) years, strongly preferred.
- Experience working with the NYC Department of Homeless Services and DHS CARES system is preferred
- Previous experience with case management, job development, and/or adult education.
- Previous experience creating and delivering impactful service plans for shelter residents
- Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, sound judgment and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively, but with the capacity to work independently.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of New York State and City pay transparency laws. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individuals’ competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience and performance in the role.Â
Compensation
The base salary compensation being offered for this role is $82,399.98.
