What You’ll Do:
The Clinical Solutions Coach is responsible for clinical quality assurance through chart audits and communication with the treating therapist, adjuster, and nurse case manager, as needed. This position plays a critical role in Bardavon’s Recovery+ program by providing personalized support to injured workers, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and addressing biopsychosocial factors that influence recovery. This role ensures that care delivery is efficient, patient-centered, and aligned with the overarching goal of maximizing recovery and return-to-work readiness. Additionally, this role may include taking on special projects or responsibilities as needed to support organizational initiatives.
- Conduct chart reviews to assess care quality and efficiency, collaborating with treating therapists to address concerns or improvement opportunities. Share audit findings with adjusters and case managers to support informed decisions.
- Participate in educational and training activities related to performance and quality improvement.
- Manage task delegation and escalation processes with Case Administrators and other Bardavon staff, addressing inquiries from injured workers, stakeholder requests, utilization reviews, and clinical requirements.
- Represent the Clinical Services department in external client meetings, such as business reviews or training sessions.
- Perform peer reviews and prepare case write-ups, offering professional summaries and recommendations proactively or at stakeholder request.
- Engage injured workers via SMS communication to provide proactive recovery support.
- Offer personalized support to injured workers through regular communication, education on care plans, and resolution of biopsychosocial barriers to recovery.
- Facilitate seamless communication among providers, adjusters, case managers, and stakeholders to coordinate care and enhance recovery outcomes.
- Utilize patient-reported outcomes (PROs) and Recovery+ data to tailor interventions, monitor progress, and recommend care improvements.
- Address biopsychosocial recovery barriers, such as pain, anxiety, movement dysfunction, fear/avoidance behaviors, isolation, and identity loss, leveraging PRO assessments.
- Act as a liaison to ensure open communication and timely resolution of issues among injured workers, providers, and other stakeholders.
- Adhere to company and departmental policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in special projects, cross-functional teams, and organizational initiatives to support strategic goals.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities aligned with team and organizational priorities.

Must Have’s:
- Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant License
- 3-5 years-experience in quality improvement program management in health care.

- Experience in workers’ compensation field a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Compensation:
- The range of base salary for this role is between $83,000-$104,000 plus benefits. Please note that base salary is a guideline and will vary based on factors such as work location, qualifications, skill level, and competencies. Additionally, salary is just one component of Bardavon’s total rewards package. Depending on the role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program and/or incentive pay.
