Education and/or Experience: 2 years progressive work experience in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable fields; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Accounting and/or business coursework from an accredited college or university desired; Associate degree preferred. Must have basic knowledge of accounting practices.Â

Computer Skills:Â To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to be computer literate in Country Club systems, P.O.S. systems, Microsoft Word Processing software; intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software, and knowledge of Internet and e-mail software.

Language/Interpersonal Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to members, guests, or employees of the organization.  Must be able to speak in a clear and understandable voice so that various types of communications may be conducted with people of various levels of education and capabilities. The employee must be able to interact and communicate with all types of individuals and deal with difficult people and situations. Must possess excellent interpersonal, customer service and teamwork skills, maintain positive working relationships, promote a cooperative, courteous, friendly, accommodating, and respectful attitude towards members, guests, and colleagues.Â
