Branch Manager

CES Power Branch Manager is responsible for security and condition of branch assets including building, grounds, equipment and supplies. As the Branch, the individual is in charge of operations for the branch, including maintenance, planning and projects.

Primary Job Role

  1. Ensures that branch follow safety, health and business laws and regulations.
  2. Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance
  3. Direct branch staff including Technicians, Mechanics and Admin.
  4. Collaborates with other branch managers to assist with jobs.
  5. Oversees the day to day workflow of the branch
  6. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, providing recommendations for promotion and salary adjustment as appropriate.
  7. Collaborates with Regional Manager to set performance standards. Standards may be based on financial and operational goals and required compliance with internal, local, state and federal policies, procedures, and regulation.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Formal Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: 7 or more years

Required / Credentials

  • Active Driver's License

Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria

  • Hands on experience in the field as a technician
  • Experience as a Project Manager for jobs or Operations Supervisor in a shop
