Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; strong preference for CFA® or CFP® professionals or candidates on track to earn one of these designations
- Previous work or internship experience in financial services required; 1–3 years preferred
- Series 65 license (or equivalent) required; candidates must obtain within 120 days of employment if not already licensed
- Strong initiative, problem-solving ability, and entrepreneurial spirit with a creative and proactive approach to challenges
- Adaptable and flexible, able to work independently, think strategically, and collaborate effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to accuracy and detail
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
- Coachable, with a growth mindset, discretion in handling confidential information, and commitment to compliance with SEC and company regulations
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, peers, and professional partners (CPAs, attorneys, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with eMoney, Salesforce, Addepar, ChatGPT, and custodial platforms is a plus
- Discretion in handling confidential information, upholding the highest level of client service, ethics, and integrity; with willingness to learn and comply with SEC and other company required rules and regulations
