Qualifications
Â
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fields
- Professional designations desired: CFA, CFP, CPA
- 7+ years’ experience in investment accounting, public accounting, fund administration, family office, private equity accounting, or other investment related entities
- Supervisory and team building experience with an emphasis on creating positive work environments and developing employees, ensuring high work quality and client satisfaction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify financial concepts and educate a less sophisticated audience
- Coordination with internal wealth advisory personnel, and external advisory firms such as tax, legal, and wealth advisory with an emphasis on identification of issues and implementation of new initiatives
- Experience in investment accounting and general ledger software applications
- Ability to multi-task, thrive and adapt in a dynamic, time frame-driven environment
- Desire to learn, gain experience, and to assume additional responsibilities
- Extraordinary organizational and project management skills

What We Offer:

Starting base salary range: $100,000 - $125,000. Salary will be based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, licenses/certifications, industry knowledge, and geographic location.
