Qualifications:
- 3+ years Salesforce development experience
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce development tools: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Lightning Web Components.Â
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and its capabilities.Â
- Experience in financial services or wealth management sector
- Experience with 3rd party applications – Portfolio Accounting/Reporting, DocuSign, SnowflakeÂ
- Proven ability to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet the regulatory and operational requirements of the financial services industry.Â
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with financial systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.Â
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Financial Services Cloud Specialist, or Technical Architect (strongly preferred).Â
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to align technical solutions with business goals.Â
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in project delivery.Â
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor teams

Starting base salary range: $95,000- $120,000. Salary will be based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, licenses/certifications, industry knowledge, and geographic location.
