Description

The role:

We’re looking for a talented and versatile Content Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This mid-level role is ideal for a content professional who thrives on variety—from crafting SEO-optimized blog posts and campaign messaging to onboarding flows and internal communications.

In addition to creating compelling content, you’ll play an active role in content strategy, campaign planning, social content, and research, helping to shape messaging across every stage of the customer journey. You’ll also work closely with our UK-based Digital and Communications teams, ensuring alignment on brand, tone, and performance insights.

We’re especially excited to meet candidates with experience writing and optimizing content for Large Language Models (LLMs)—those who understand how to structure content for AI learning, prompt design, and scalable content generation.

This is a highly collaborative, strategic, and hands-on role that touches every corner of our brand communications—from sales and customer content to internal culture and innovation in AI-powered marketing.

 

Core responsibilities:

  • SEO & Website Content
    • Write, edit and optimize blogs, landing pages, and web copy to drive organic traffic and support campaign goals
    • Conduct keyword and competitor research to support SEO strategy
    • Collaborate with Group Digital team to monitor performance and iterate on content based on insights
  • Social Content Strategy & Execution
    • Collaborate with Demand Generation Manager on social content calendars to algin messaging with campaigns, product news and brand storytelling
    • Support ideation and creation of engaging posts, ensuring consistent voice across platforms
    • Leverage trends, performance data, and cross-channel insights to improve reach and engagement
  • Campaign & Strategic Content
    • Support quarterly marketing campaigns with content development, editing and repurposing of existing US & UK content
    • Participate in campaign planning sessions and provide content strategy input
    • Contribute to the content calendar and research into customer behavior and emerging trends
  • AI-Driven Content Creation
    • Create structured content with LLMs in mind
    • Collaborate with internal teams on generative AI content experiments and optimization
    • Stay informed on emerging AI content tools and best practices
  • Brand & Customer Communications
    • Developing engaging and consistent customer messaging including service updates, onboarding flows, and product announcements
    • Partner with our Group Comms team to ensure tone and messaging are aligned
  • Internal Communications
    • Support employee communications across recruitment, employee engagement, and internal initiatives
    • Assist with internal newsletters, employee spotlights and event related content
  • Sales Enablement Content
    • Assist in creating sales materials including pitch decks, one pagers and case studies
    • Ensure all sales content aligns with campaign strategy and brand voice.

The person:

  • At least 3-5 years of content marketing, communications, or copywriting experience
  • Strategic and creative with great judgement
  • Excited by AI’s potential in content, and already exploring how to use it well
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to craft messaging across SEO, social, email and web
  • Experience developing or contributing to social media content strategy
  • Experience writing for LLM’s and working with AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Breeze)
  • Solid understanding of SEO and content performance metrics
  • Collaborative with strong cross-functional communication skills, especially across global teams
  • Proficient with Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, etc.)
  • Proficient with SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.)
  • Ability to do light design work in tools like Adobe Express or Canva.
