Position Summary

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role within Arkansas Heart Hospital's marketing and communication department. This role involves guiding the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to engage internal and external audiences, strengthen the hospital's brand and achieve business objectives.

You will execute complex marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable results. Additionally, you will take the lead in content development, producing and curating high-quality materials for digital platforms, print publications, and internal communications. This position requires expertise in digital marketing, analytics, strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration and creative storytelling.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), with occasional evenings or weekends to support events.

  • Proficient in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, analytics and content marketing.
  • Advanced skills in social media management and web platforms (e.g., WordPress CMS).

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and with key stakeholders.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms, print materials, and internal communications.
  • Campaign Management: Design and manage multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Arkansas Heart staff and external vendors, to execute marketing projects effectively.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; provide actionable recommendations to optimize ROI.
  • Event Coordination and Community Outreach: Promote community health events and outreach initiatives, supporting logistics and fostering relationships with community partners to enhance the hospital's presence and commitment to heart health and wellness.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Optimize digital presence through SEO, social media strategy, and reputation management initiatives.

 

Qualifications/Specifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • Licensure/Certification: Professional marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on healthcare or related industries.
