- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a passion for serving the community.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
● Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
● Ability to walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time.
● Position may require bending, leaning, kneeling, twisting and reaching.
● Ability to speak concisely and effectively communicate.
● Visual and auditory ability to respond to critical situations and physical ability to act swiftly in an emergency.
