Description

This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience as the main point of contact for all client interactions and liaison between both internal and ultra-high-net-worth clients. You must demonstrate the ability to understand client needs and provide solutions through product knowledge and problem-solving to achieve the sales and client retention goals. This career is for the individual who thrives in an environment with countless changes, no-detail-is-too-small mentality, and execute with flawless accuracy throughout the entire sales and service delivery cycle.  Daily activities include handling inbound leads, receiving trip itineraries from clients, reviewing quotes with clients, entering trip details (i.e. departure/arrival times, passenger information, ground transportation and catering requests) as well as handling account information and billing inquires.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • 80% - Quote Generation/ Inside Sales/Guest Experience/Aircraft Sourcing

Promptly determine relevant quoting opportunities from inbound inquiries via the phone, email, web and referrals. Generate accurate quotes and provide the highest-level sales support to the private aviation community.  Works inbound quote requests from start to close, with regular follow up to ensure high closer rate. Responsible for individual and/or team metrics to include revenue and profit goals.  When applicable source solutions from industry partners and execute contracts as required.  Facilitate necessary trip details to ensure world-class service is delivered.  Demonstrates ability to effectively prioritize tasks and generate relevant quote requests to achieve sales goals.  Proactive selling and data mining required to reach growth targets.  Speaks with credibility in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions with constant quote changes.  May be required to assist with additional projects or tasks as needed. 

Complete, develop and improve existing processes through detailed flight confirmation checklists prior to coordination. Responsible to help promote the Priester brand, and must demonstrate awareness and live out Priester’s core values through every communication (i.e. email, phone, meetings) as you are directly in contact with the Priester client.  Client meet & greets are required at departure/arrivals when justified. 

 

  • 10% - Marketing 

Create and send regular marketing emails with fleet availability, transient aircraft and new aircraft. Contact brokers and operators directly via phone/email to build awareness of fleet sales initiatives. Maintain and update charter marketing websites such as Avinode, Air Charter Guide and Fly Easy with the latest information to drive sales goals. Continually update Priester’s contact database with relevant information to help drive awareness of the Priester charter fleet.

 

  • 10% - Events/Research/Reporting

May attend a limited number of trade show events related to fleet charter sales. Provide regular reports on sales numbers, fleet information and client feedback. Meet with charter brokers and aircraft operators to build a strong awareness of needs.  Off site visits with buyers and end users will be required.

 

Qualifications

Required or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or Business Management preferred.  Relevant experience maybe substituted at the company’s sole discretion.
  • A background in sales or client service/concierge/hospitality is required.
  • Must be a self-starter and service minded. 
  • FOS experience a plus, not required.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present numerical data effectively.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent typing skills are also required.
  • Team work and ability to jump in and help others or other departments is a must.
  • Must be able to demonstrate good judgement, consistent with the position and corporate culture.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred.
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
