JOB DESCRIPTION: Product Manager, GRC

As a Product Manager specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) at Onspring, you will assume a pivotal role as the leader and subject matter expert for multiple product offerings within the Onspring Product suite. Serving as the go-to authority on Onspring products, you will consolidate knowledge to become a central resource for internal teams and the primary representative for your product set externally. Your responsibilities include shaping the overarching goals and objectives of these products, collaborating closely with professionals, clients, and prospects to discern their preferences, and, ultimately, contributing to the generation of new revenue for the organization. In addition, the GRC Product Manager will stay abreast of market dynamics and competitor information, leveraging this insight to formulate and communicate requirements, as well as providing assistance in product configuration and design.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary owner and supporter of Products within Onspring’s Product suite.
  • Perform professional and market research to understand specific process goals, objectives, and technology needs
  • Develop detailed product requirements, validate product performance, and review product designs and configurations.
  • Facilitate prospect and customer evaluations and assessments of our Products.
  • Identify and evaluate Onspring against competitive products in our space.
  • Facilitate comprehensive cross-functional training sessions for internal teams, ensuring a deep understanding of our products, their unique value propositions, and how each product precisely aligns with the requirements of both clients and prospects.
  • Work with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategy, produce supporting collateral and present benefits of the Products.
  • Represent Onspring at trade shows and other industry events as needed.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of practitioner experience, preferably with hands-on experience within GRC software administration and/or end user experience.
  • 1-2 years of management experience, preferably in building and maintaining GRC related teams and/or projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Passion for solving problems and developing creative solutions.
  • Ability to analyze, understand and navigate the complexities of interpersonal interactions.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and personally accountable.
  • Thirst for knowledge and strong desire to develop new skills.

 

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience as a practitioner in the Public Sector, ideally at the Federal level.
  • Large Conference Speaker/Presenter experience
  • Onspring Certified Administrator

Work Location: Flexible. On-site, hybrid and fully remote options available
