Overall Function:
Assists the Program Supervisor with the daily activities of Crisis Intervention Services, program operations, and supervision of staff.
Essential Functions:
- Assists with the implementation of short and long term program goals ensuring compliance to all government rules, regulations, and agency policies and procedures.
- Assists in the preparation of the annual program budget, monitors monthly expenditures and identifies any new funding opportunities.
- Participates in staff training through individual conferences or staff meetings, monitoring performance to ensure the delivery of quality program services.
- Assists the program supervisor with interviewing, training, scheduling and evaluating program staff.
- Prepares and submits all required correspondence, records, reports and documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Promotes community awareness of program activities.
- Initiates appropriate Intra & Interagency contact to facilitate consumer care.
- Provides direct services including interviewing clients, facilitating client groups, and on call for CARE Management Team.
- Adheres to all policies, laws, regulations and codes of ethics and confidentiality as outlined by federal and state laws, and agency policies and procedures.
