What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree and one year experience in case management or similar field. Education may be substituted with experience on a year for year basis.
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous assessment and facilitation experience preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and a commitment to working as part of a team.

Using this plan, we opened the first state-contracted halfway house in New England which has grown to a continuum of approximately 60 programs and services in 11 states.
