Responsibilities:
- Investigate, evaluate, and settle pre-litigation claims efficiently and fairly, including Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, and Property Damage.
- Conduct thorough reviews of case files, policy coverages, and applicable laws to determine claim liability and exposure.
- Communicate and negotiate settlements directly with claimants, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze statements, documentation, and evidence from involved parties to support claim resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim files and reserves in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Collaborate with the litigation team to transition cases, if necessary, while ensuring seamless handoffs.
