CTS Health Services is a community mental health services center that specializes in a holistic approach to health and wellness for children, parents, and adults of varying circumstances and mental challenges. We provide one-on-one behavioral interventions for our clients and their support circles to help our clients navigate through life within their community at their highest level.
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented HR/Administrative professional to support agency operations, ensure compliance, and help maintain a positive and efficient workplace. This role involves administrative coordination, HR support, compliance oversight, and effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities of a Human Resources Generalist:

Streamline and maintain HR systems, procedures, and records.

Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and evaluations.

Ensure compliance with federal/state HR regulations, Medicaid standards, and CARF requirements.

Conduct and support investigations, recordkeeping, exit interviews, and performance improvement efforts.

Collaborate across departments, communicate effectively, and assist with resolving administrative or staff concerns.

Participate in meetings, report concerns promptly, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
