Terros Health is hiring an Arizona Licensed Registered Nurse for an On Call RN position in Phoenix, AZ.
Schedule requests will vary and clinics are located in west Phoenix, Phoenix, Glendale, and Tempe, etc.
Schedule: 8-16 hours/week on average, depending on clinic need and RN availability
Compensation: $46-$50/hour depending on experience

- Works collaboratively with site operational and clinical leaders and other leadership to ensure an efficient workflow
- Communicate & coordinate changes in workflow or services to the medical assistants and the providers.
- Ensures documentation of patient visits in accordance with policies, procedures, and clinical protocols same date of service
- Manages the medication system at the site, ensuring staff administer & document medication treatment appropriately
- Educate MAs and other team members to help them understand psychiatric and medical conditions as well as medication side effects
- Serves as point person for the site MA staff regarding clinical operational matters specific to scope of work
- Communicates potential barriers to quality care identified and collaborates with the Director of Nursing in finding solutions to overcoming these barriers
- Supports and participates in huddles, medical staff and other site and agency meetings
- Responsible for promoting and role modeling practice according to the integrated care model
- Coaches members and families on behavioral and physical health conditions, self-management techniques.
- Promotes treatment adherence and personal wellness within a recovery framework.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and takes initiative and demonstrates the ability to work independently within the scope of practice.
- Performs health evaluations (HRA), takes vitals, draws blood for lab tests ordered, assists with medication monitoring, administration of intramuscular medications and coordinates care with other providers in support of the integrated health model.
