Terros Health is pleased to share an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Full-Time Human Resource Support Specialist working at our Central Avenue location in Phoenix, AZ.  Reporting to the Manager of Recruiting and HR Operations, the ideal individual is flexible, compassionate and professional.  

The Human Resources Support Specialist position aids all Terros Health employees. This role provides administrative support to HR Post Employment Team functions as needed including record keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. HRSS position requires an outgoing, detail oriented and customer service focused individual. Strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask and collaborate is essential. This position must work effectively and relate well with others including employees, managers, leadership team and customers of Terros Health. This position reports to the Manager of Recruiting and HR Operations 

 

Duties Includes: 

•    Coordinate initial new hire onboarding, including the completion of new hire paperwork, follow up with candidates, and assistance with New Employee                  Orientation (NEO)
•    Keep employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in Paycom in a timely fashion. 
•    Responsible for data entry and importing all data and documents for new hires into Paycom and P Drive.
•    Coordinates with other departments regarding onboarding and documentation requirements for all licensure and accreditation requirements including                   licensure renewals and reimbursement requests and ensures HR records meet the requirements. 
•    Assists with fingerprints clearance card requests
•    Responds to audit requests 
•    For appropriate positions, obtains DCS Central Registry clearance and completes monthly audit reports
•    For 401k Plan processes new and terminated employees in administrator portal as needed
•    Assists with credentialing and privileged processes for appropriate staff.
•    Provides back up to HR Assistant and front office duties. 
•    Processes incoming degree verification
•    Other duties assigned

Qualifications

•    Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, Preferred College Credits or AA in Liberal Arts/HR
•    Must possess: Well, developed critical thinking and analytical abilities, and time management, organizational, conflict resolution and judgement skills.
•    Demonstrated ability to build credibility with and interact with other departments and leaders.
•    Proficiency using the MS Office suite, HRIS, and applicants tracking system.
•    Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to apply for Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (level 1) within 7 working days of                     assuming role. 
•    Must have a valid Arizona Driver’s license, be 22 years of age with minimum 3 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving             policy.
