We are looking for a Mental Health Site director who wants to make an impact in our clients’ lives by building and maintaining strong positive relationships with the community, co-workers, staff and leadership.
- Oversee our General Mental Health/Substance Use Residential Treatment site in the Phoenix area to ensure that our residential treatment services are provided in accordance with all applicable regulations and according to licensure standards.
- This program works with pregnant women, women with children and women with a substance use disorders, where clients receive intensive, supervised treatment in a therapeutic, structured and safe environment. While in program, the moms focus on recovery and their children thrive in a stable, loving environment in our on-site nursery.
- Work closely with team members to promote goals and objectives to ensure quality service provisions.
- Through clinical and administrative supervision, you will serve as a mentor, coach and teacher for staff and create a climate which promotes quality treatment for each member.
