Full-Time: 40 hours/Week: Monday-Friday
Primary Location: Central Administration Office - Central Ave/ Thomas Rd
The HRBP acts as a champion for the business and an advisor to managers and the leadership team on organizational and HR-related issues, including but not limited to, performance management, employee and labor relations, reporting, maintaining employee records, policy and procedure administration, employment law compliance and risk mitigation to promote and maintain a high-performance culture. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
Duties include:
- Manages employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints.
- Administers various Human Resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Provides coaching to management on a variety of issues including HR policies and procedures.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with business leaders and employees and gains an understanding of operational needs.
- Ability to travel to company sites throughout the state of Arizona.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years relevant HR work experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in related discipline. If no bachelor’s degree, then equivalent experience with active HR Certification.

Must possess: Well-developed critical thinking and analytical abilities, and time management, organizational, conflict resolution and judgement skills

Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite and HRIS system.

Must pass a TB Test.

Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.

Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 3 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy.
