HubSpot CRM Specialist
The CRM Specialist is primary responsibility is to oversee and maintain the company's CRM system (HubSpot) in coordination with the marketing and sales teams. In this role, you will be relied upon to improve existing processes and deploy new ones to improve corporate KPIs and influence growth.

This position is located in Juno Beach Florida. Hybrid and Remote options available. Local candidates will be required to work a hybrid schedule.
What you will do:
- Use your extensive knowledge of HubSpot’s configuration and technical/functional capabilities to maintain and evolve a CRM that bolsters the company’s business.
- Build and manage dashboards, layouts, reports, process automation, and other configurable interface parts to supply users with optimized data to support smart decisions.
- Maintain data integrity, security, and best practices to maintain a CRM that is a reliable source of data for the business
- Collaborate with Communications Manager on email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
You have:
- 3+ years of experience as a HubSpot administrator
- Have certifications for HubSpot Sales, HubSpot Marketing Software, and Service Hub.
- The expertise to design and implement complex system processes and designs specifically demonstrating the ability to create custom elements like custom objects, workflows, and views, indicating an intermediate level of proficiency in CRM administration or development.
- Strong skill in project creation and management, including intake of tasks, prioritization, and successful delivery with communication and training.
- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit.

- Individuals working for DSS will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53. Additionally, they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.
