Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Customers: Answer incoming calls, schedule sales appointments, and follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep customer information and databases up to date.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Provide essential support to other teams within the company.

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven ability to deliver excellent service in a customer-facing role.

  • Resilience & Positivity: Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain a positive, persistent attitude even in the face of rejection.
  • Background Check & Drug Screen: Must successfully pass pre-employment screenings.
