Summary:
NOHN is seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Coordinator to support the Human Resources Department. Building upon their existing knowledge and experience, the HR Coordinator will take on expanded responsibilities in supporting the HR department's daily operations and contributing to the organization's overall success. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
HR Operations Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining employee records.

Assist hiring managers with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, ensuring accurate enrollment and timely processing of changes.
