What You'll Do

• Lead project deliverables in partnership with project managers and project coordinators
• Develop the ability to lead, delegate, and provide mentorship to other BIM technicians on fundamental BIM tasks
• Serve as the project Revit/CAD Lead, demonstrating proficiency in managing and executing related tasks
• Apply understanding of BIM 360 / ACC modules and lead model exchange process
• Lead quality control of engineering drawings for consistency and legibility
• Execute the Quality Management Plan (QMP) for projects
• Create and manage BIM standard documentation, project proposals, & BIM Execution plans
• Lead the setup and maintenance of AutoCAD, Revit, & Navis projects
• Demonstrate a strong ability to care for clients
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Facilitate Revit kickoff meetings with client as needed
• Contribute to BIM process improvements, BIM development tasks and PAE standard projects as needed
• Develop understanding of BIM level of development (LOD)
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience
• Required: 4+ years of industry experience or equivalent experience
• AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360/ACC, & Navisworks
• Preferred: Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Mechanical or Electrical Design
• Preferred: Autodesk Certified Professional in AutoCAD for Design and Drafting
• Willingness to travel
• Team player
• Reliable and flexible in style of work and able to maintain a positive attitude
• Detail oriented
• Understanding of the construction industry and Engineering disciplines
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
• Proficient at time estimation of tasks

What We Offer 

• Hiring Base Salary Range: $68,500-$91,750 annual salary based off location
  • This position is eligible for time and a half overtime pay

**This is a hybrid position based in the following locations:  New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA.**

The base salary is one component of PAE’s competitive compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location in determining exact salary offered. At PAE, roles are eligible for additional rewards, including salary increases and annual bonuses based on individual performance. The above range represents PAE's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
