Qualifications:

5+ years of experience managing sales teams of 10+ members
-
Revenue Growth & Sales Velocity – Achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic account management and growth initiatives.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
-
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); PowerBI experience a plus

A self-starter with a positive, solution-oriented mindset

Passion for working with people and making an impact

Resides in one of the following states: CA, OR, WA, UT, CO, TX, AZ
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Territory Managers to exceed sales goals

Drive territory growth through strategic account development and activity-based management
-
Deliver new hire training, field coaching, and ongoing sales development (overnight travel required)

Foster strong, lasting relationships with retailers in your district

Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to improve sales efficiency and customer experience

Support product training and execution across five seasonal call cycles
-
Contribute to the planning and execution of National Sales Meetings and Sales Leadership Conferences

Represent Evergreen at industry trade shows, including 3–4 days at the Atlanta Gift Show each January and July

Serve as a key liaison for Evergreen’s 20,000 sq. ft. Richmond, VA showroom
