Summary of Position
We are looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing and User Experience professional to join the marketing team. Success in this role requires displaying a relentless hands-on approach to driving continuous improvement including optimizing budgets, channels, content, markets and platforms to accelerate JobsOhio’s growth in lead generation, advocacy, and awareness. You are are technical and customer obsessed, yet creative and have shown the ability to grow all channels and implement the smallest hacks. You love telling stories with data and are comfortable working with a cross-function teams to get things done. The role serves as a marketing planner, developer, and communicator of digital strategies as well as a hands-on individual who oversees day-to-day digital marketing properties, experiences, and projects. You are obsessed with creating the best possible journey for our audiences from paid activation content to website experience to their final lead submission.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI.
- Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance, championing the best user experience.
- Lead campaigns and projects end-to-end from concept to defining objectives, execution, tracking and reporting.
- Drive successful campaign tracking and attribution through QR code and UTM parameter support.
- Day-to-day management of digital campaigns across channels including: paid media, social, search, website, organic, and email.
- Recommend website landing page frameworks and optimizations in partnership with content owners and campaign goals.
- Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, and content.
- Monitor, analyze and report on KPIs while optimizing engagement rates with new CRO-oriented experiments.
- Champion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making throughout the organization.
- Stay current on new technologies and keep the company as a market leader in the digital marketing space.
