This position reports to the Loan Processing supervisor in a team of individuals processing all types of loan products and sizes. Essential Responsibilities:
· Perform a variety of loan processing functions for loans presented by lending operations. Including gathering information from third parties, title companies and borrower information.
· Partner with lenders to gain clear understanding of loan details and validate compliance with loan policy, lending regulations and internal process and procedures.
· Through training achieve confidence in loan operation systems, Encompass, LaserPro, Navigator and Director.
· Meet all required timelines, maintain high quality scores, and effectively manage calendar for assigned loans.
· Timely escalate matters to manager for assistance, guidance or help prioritizing.
· Demonstrate good teamwork skills by engaging with teammates.
Basic Qualifications:
· Basic customer service experience
· Accept feedback of errors as development opportunities
· Loan Processing experience a plus.
· Strong people skills including verbal, written and active listening skills.
· Meticulous and highly accurate
· Proficient and confident with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
· Ability to stay current with and comply with banking and lending regulations.
