We are seeking candidates for the position of Loan Review Analyst for Loan Operations. This individual will work closely with loan operations staff to support the quality control program.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Complete quality review of all loan files at each stage of processing. Including modifications, renewals and extensions.
- Complete monthly accuracy reporting.
- Review output of all loans uploaded from view point report and complete quality post close review with feedback for corrections.
- Provide feedback of quality review results to loan staff and update tracking spreadsheet.
- Provide support for training as needed.
- Ability to identify trends from the quality results and provide recommendations for efficiencies and training needs.
- Manage all quality control checklists to ensure updates are made as needed.
- Requires direct interaction with manager to work through communication with parties outside loan ops.
Preferred Education, Experience, Technical Knowledge, and Skills:
- Two or more years of banking or financial services experience, and/or a college degree.
- Meticulous with an emphasis on accuracy
- Consistent and positive approach to training and communicating
- Vested in learning and expanding knowledge in all loan compliance areas
- Proven track record in time management skills, prioritization and completing goals
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
- An initiative-taker who can work with minimal supervision while performing duties.
