We are seeking a motivated analytical Commercial Loan Processor to partner with lenders, willing to learn and go beyond the requirements of the position. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to share previous experience and successes in the position to strengthen our operation. Essential Responsibilities:
- Assess and prepare all legal documents to perfect new loans through closing with a focus on commercial. This includes secured and unsecured loans, including all renewals, extensions, and modifications
- Analyze new loan details to ensure documentation supports the approval and compliance with loan policy and applicable regulations
- Partner with commercial loan coordinator and loan officer to achieve timely accurate loan closing
- Verify loans have been approved by an authorized party/committee
- Ensure loan documents are accurate, and the Bank’s collateral is properly positioned and protected
- Analyzing title documents, legal descriptions, repayment terms and customer information
- Work effectively with third parties such as insurance and title companies
- Knowledge resource of Bank Lending Policy and Federal Lending Regulations
- Conduct loan fundings and forward documentation to loan servicing
- Review loan files after closing for completeness
Preferred Education, Experience, Technical Knowledge, and Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial loan documentation/processing: (Preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and solution driven
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment providing the highest level of customer service

- Fiserv Premier
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
