We’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious digital marketer to join our SEO team. This is a great role for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys research, content, data, and problem-solving — and wants to grow into a true SEO specialist. You’ll help improve organic visibility for multiple websites, support content optimization, analyze performance, and learn the core skills of search marketing inside a fast-paced agency environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with keyword research to understand what people are searching for and where new opportunities exist.
- Help optimize website content, titles, meta descriptions, and on-page elements to improve rankings and visibility.
- Support link-building efforts and evaluate backlink quality.
- Monitor website traffic and SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Review competitor strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Help implement technical SEO recommendations, such as page speed improvements and structured data.
- Collaborate with content, social, and account teams to ensure SEO is aligned with broader marketing efforts.
- Create simple, clear reporting that highlights progress, wins, and areas for improvement.
- Stay current on search trends, Google updates, and emerging digital tools.
