POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Executive is a Senior leader responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of a department, planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals, meet quality standards, and are delivered within budget and timeframe, and acting as a key point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and Manage for Accountability:
- Lead and oversee the project teams, including field and office operations staff
- Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions
- Confers with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties/responsibilities and delegate authority

Project Delivery:
- Manage project budget, monitor costs, identify potential cost overruns, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, identify critical path items, and ensure timely project completion.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee project deliverables meet specifications and industry standards.
- Regularly visit the construction site to monitor progress, identify safety concerns, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the business development team to prepare proposals and bids for new projects.

Customer Relations:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations to ensure project alignment.
- Participate in contract negotiations with preconstruction services and clients.
- Ensure consistent performance, project delivery (preconstruction and construction) will exceed client expectations. Responsible for all corporate commitments and follow-through.

- Develop and implement comprehensive project strategies, aligning project goals with the company's broader strategic objectives.
