About Us:

Cantex Continuing Care Network is a unified healthcare organization offering skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, and senior care. We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our Legal team. This hands-on internship provides experience in legal research, drafting, contract review, and compliance, with exposure to corporate law, healthcare regulations, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings
• Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and policies
• Support compliance efforts and help ensure regulatory adherence
• Organize and maintain legal files and documentation
• Participate in internal meetings and take notes on legal matters
• Assist with special projects as assigned by the legal team

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in law school or a pre-law undergraduate program
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Interest in corporate, healthcare, or compliance law is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
