Room Attendant (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Location: Petit Ermitage, West Hollywood

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at Petit Ermitage, a hotel known for its warmth, artistry, and personalized guest experience. As a Room Attendant, you play an essential role in creating the atmosphere our guests love, one of comfort, care, and understated luxury.

The ideal candidate is attentive, efficient, and takes genuine pride in creating a beautiful, welcoming environment. You will work closely with our housekeeping and front-of-house teams to ensure every suite and space meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites according to hotel standards

• Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities with care and precision

• Dust, polish, vacuum, and sanitize all areas of the guest room

• Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly

• Ensure that each room feels inviting and reflects the unique Petit Ermitage aesthetic

• Handle guest requests promptly and with professionalism

• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and equipment in clean, organized condition

• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure seamless daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Reliable, efficient, and able to work independently

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor

• Ability to meet physical demands of the role including standing, lifting, and bending

• Flexible scheduling availability for full-time or part-time positions

• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and guest care
