Our Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key member of the corporate HR team, providing quality and efficient service and support to candidates and managers. Specializing in recruiting, onboarding and other HR-related administrative responsibilities for our various properties, this individual ensures company candidates are effectively obtained, onboarded and meet all necessary new hire requirements. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent client service skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once in a busy environment with the assistance of an effective team.
This position is onsite until fully trained (approximately 30 days), then will transition to hybrid, working two days from home and three from the office. Monday's must be one of the in-person days starting at 8:45am.

JOB DUTIES
- Completes daily tasks related to talent acquisition and onboarding to ensure the efficient and successful transition of new staff members.
- Makes updates related to employee data in various systems and tracks and audits various employment information.
- Accurately and efficiently assists the HR team with various projects and initiatives resulting in increased organization, employee retention and positive work culture.
- Continually communicates with managers to keep job postings accurate while properly communicating status.
- Schedules and performs phone screens, reviews resumes, and schedules in-person or virtual interviews.
- Performs or obtains necessary information for background, drug screening and E-Verify process.
- Ensures employee’s new hire data is entered into HRIS and tracks necessary information, such as training completion, anniversary dates, benefits eligibility, and referral bonuses.
- Ensures new hire packets are properly assembled and completed by new staff.
- Scans documents to employee’s files and maintains through employment.
- Schedules or conducts new hire and continuing trainings and orientations.
- Answers basic benefits and policy questions during new hire process
- Stays in daily/weekly communication with each hiring manager to determine the status of each entry-mid level position to ensure ads are posted and properly sponsored.
