Work Experience
- Management experience – minimum 5 years.
- Experience in quoting, estimating and understands pricing and trends within the aerospace/defense, medical and industrial fields.
- Experience working within the electronics manufacturing industry is required
- Technical knowledge of PCBs, electronic components, wires and cables.
- Experience with government-rated products.
- Strong working relationship with vendors/suppliers
- Contracts background is preferred
- Experience working in contract manufacturing preferred.
Skills/Knowledge
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with spreadsheets.
- Strong presentation, communication, and team-building skills.
Education/Learning Experience
BA/BS or equivalent
