General Qualifications
Required Education/Knowledge: • High School diploma or Associates Degree • Must have a broad knowledge of the banking industry • Broad knowledge of applicable banking policies and regulations • In-depth knowledge of Treasury Management products and services • Strong customer support knowledge
Required Experience: • 2 years Treasury or Banking experience preferred. Candidate should have a strong working knowledge of computer-based applications such as Microsoft Windows, Excel and PowerPoint. Specific knowledge of PC hardware configurations of installation of certain treasury services and internet set-up will be provided.
Required Skills: • Must have the ability to communicate a strong vision for business • Provides exceptional support to new or existing bank clients and assists internal and external contacts with service requests, inquires or technical issues related to specific bank and treasury management services. • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively with the banks internal business partners. • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines. • Maintains a positive role in the community
