Brand Manager of On Premise Red Bull Job Details:

  • Create an On-Premise Business Plan to develop and execute Red Bull initiatives (Distribution/Core and Core+, National and Approved Mandates) in existing and potential new accounts.
  • Assist and present at Mid and End of Year Business Planning
  • Manage ADM account list to ensure volume and key initiatives are achieved.
  • Travel to outer markets once per quarter
  • Develop relationships with the Top 10 On-Premise accounts to help grow their business by executing programming, SKU availability, cooler, menu and consumption activation placements.  Call on these customers monthly and be visible in their accounts at night.
  • Complete quarterly business reviews with Top 10 On Premise Accounts
  • Schedule, organize and execute 3 National On Premise Blitzes
  • Ensure On-Premise VIP Accounts Programming is executed (SKU Availability, Cooler and Menu Placements).
  • Train, develop, engage and add value to the sales team. 
  • Help Red Bull Musketeers execute their Partnership Agreement accounts.
  • Create sales incentives to drive execution with On-Premise initiatives (Distribution, Core and Core+).
  • Create IDIG reports for overall volume, ADM and Musketeer accounts, Core and Core+, buying accounts and new SKU launches.  Use reports to analyze results versus targets and create action plans to improve volume and execution.
  • Review Red Bull National Accounts report to ensure all mandated accounts are buying and approved accounts are being opened.
  • Manage and complete Red Bull trackers accurately and on time. 
  • Set up new Non-Traditional Accounts through haydenbeverage.com and complete LSR contracts.
  • Help create a Non-Trad business plan to develop Coffee, College/DCL, Vending and Military segments.
  • Identify new independent coffee opportunities and work with supervisors and sales representatives to open accounts.
  • Cold Call and set up new Commercial and Non Commercial accounts.
  • Call on vending companies to provide Red Bull SKU assortment, equipment, and sales data to help add value to the vending operators.
  • Provide new Commercial and Non Commercial account list to sales representatives and help open the accounts if needed.
  • Help develop annual plans for Commercial and Non Commercial accounts.
  • Call on independent vending companies to provide sku assortment and cold equipment.

Job Qualifications:

  • Performance development and goal orientated accountability skills
  • Can work well independently, with customers, and the rest of the crew
  • Be flexible to potential daily schedule changes
  • Required to operate your personal vehicle with minimum required liability insurance limits as required by the company
  • Minimum three years of On-Premise sales experience preferred. Preference given to prior experience selling Red Bull.
  • Demonstrate outstanding presentation and persuasive sales abilities.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and Acceptable Motor Vehicle record
  • Pre-employment background check and 4-panel urinalysis
