As a SQL Report Writer SME, you are responsible for the creation, development, and revision of SSRS Reports and Echo Form Designer reports within Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers. You will develop and implement processes and procedures for the development and administration of all SSRS Reports and Echo Form Designer forms.

DEFINITION:

Under immediate to general supervision:

• Will oversee the development and implementation of Echo Form Designer forms, Print Reports, and SSRS Reports.
• Will work with Clinical Teams to determine needed data extractions and develop reports.
• Will develop process and advise on data entry and integrity around outcomes that support the mission of Lighthouse.  
• Will participate in decisions and processes of new implementations and processes.

This position is supervised by the Chief Information Officer (CIO).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• BA/BS degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or another related field preferred. 3 years’ experience may be used in place of degree.
• 2-3 years of experience in writing SQL queries
• 2-3 years of experience in creating and maintaining SSRS
• Healthcare informatics background preferred.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Strong understanding of relational databases & data structure (SQL)
• Strong technical foundation in data analysis and visualization tools. (SSRS)
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and organize large amounts of information.
• Experience in creating stored procedures with efficient and accurate data retrieval
• A working knowledge of computer technology and management procedures.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete objectives and implement strategies for the IT department in response to an assessment of needs and Lighthouse strategic plans as directed by Leadership.
• Advise on and implement best practices for Form and Report design.
• Produce accurate representations of data that is aligned with the goals of Lighthouse.
• Administer Echo Form revisions, additions, removals, and adjustments.
• Use SSRS to develop needed data reports to ensure accurate visibility.
• Develop specialized reports, utilizing SQL, Power BI, SSRS, EHR software, and reporting tools such as and Crystal reports to gain transparency and visibility into business operations.
• Employee must be willing and able to perform all job-related travel normally associated with this position.
• Must meet “satisfactory” expectations at any scheduled job performance evaluation, coaching and/or Performance Improvement Plans.
• Must complete Lighthouse required training and resulting follow up and consultation as required at hire, annually and as directed by Supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or other management as requested.
